Planning site visits

Today I am doing site visits for the planning committee. Unusually, there is only one visit on the agenda, Dolphin House in Manchester Street, Brighton. This particular application is to change the existing building into a language school and offices. Site visits are part of the process whereby members of the Planning Committee make decisions on applications. It is very often easier to visualise the impact of a particular application if you can actually see it in real life.
