The Deneway Handrail

The rather badly maintained handrail running from the Eldred Avenue shops down and through the railway arch on the Deneway have undergone some repair work in recent days. This railing has been in a dangerous condition for a long time and Ken and I have been very active in getting this work to be undertaken. At the same time we have been successful in getting some repairs to the road approach to the Eldred Avenue shops and we are hoping that other improvements in the general area around the shops will be forthcoming soon.
